As Sarnia-Lambton�s Industry Partner, BASES will build on the extraordinary achievements of its three legacy organizations � the Sarnia-Lambton Environmental Association (SLEA), Community Awareness Emergency Response (CAER), and Industrial Education Co-operative (IEC) � that have been built over the past seventy years.
