CFE was established in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada in 2001 and is currently owned by one shareholder, Thomas Collins, P. Eng.. Born and raised in Sarnia, �Tom� has over 40 years of experience in the electrical construction industry and is backed by a staff of engineers and designers with a multitude of expertise, knowledge and education.
