Located in Point Edward, Ontario, and founded in 1984, Ironworks is a locally owned fitness facility that's primarily focused on powerlifting and bodybuilders in the beginning.As the business grew and the demand presented itself Ironworks specialized in pre and post rehabilitation to aid the aging population and demand for injury related programs.Also available are nutrition programming with a focus on personal goals of weight loss/gain, athletic programs, increasing bone mass, toning, etc. through personal training and personal attention to the individual.
