Ka Chi Yoga (2 ppl) Saturday 2:30 pm. 90 minute session.
Vinyasa Yoga (3ppl) Saturday 1 pm. 60 minutes.
Kickboxing (4 ppl) Saturday 10 am.
Abs and Glutes 30 minutes (8 ppl) Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15 pm.
Massage 10 am - 3 pm (last booking) Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Sunday Breathwork and Meditation 10 am weekly (8 spots).
