Sarnia Micro Greens is (mostly) an online company that delivers directly to customers as well as at a few retailers. Micro Greens are small plants that are harvested at 10 days growth for maximum nutrition. They come in varieties such as Swiss Char, Broccoli Brassica, Speckled Pea Shoots, Sunflowers and Red Radish to name a few. The uses are varied including salad modifiers, sandwich stuffer, steak toppers as well as ingredients for soups and sauces but there are no rules on how, when or where to use them.
