Canada�s largest ethanol facility (opened in 2006) with a current production capacity of 400,000,000 litres/year. Employs 63 full time office and operating staff. Ethanol produced is blended into Petro-Canada gasoline. Plant uses 40 million bushels of corn/year � 20% of Ontario�s annual corn crop. Once the sugars and starches are extracted from the corn to make ethanol, the remaining elements are used to make premium cattle feed.
