Healthy Living Lambton

The Healthy Living Lambton project is a partnership of local health agencies, businesses and community-based organizations. Our primary goal is to improve the heart of Lambton County residents by addressing the modifiable risk factors for heart disease - unhealthy eating, tobacco use, physical inactivity and stress. Healthy Living Lambton implements health promoting activities and events in work sites, schools, restaurants and community-at-large.
